Controller

What data we process

If you just browse, we ask for nothing. We count visits anonymously (page, language and day), without cookies and without storing who you are. To curb abuse we keep an encrypted fingerprint of your IP for one day, never the plain IP.

If you sign in to the Fantasy League with Google, Google sends us your account identifier and your verified email address. We never receive or store your Google password. We also store the nickname and team name you choose and what you do in the game: rosters, changes, private leagues and points. Each open session stores an encrypted fingerprint of your IP and the type of browser and system (for example, "Chrome · Android").

If you play the quiz, the alias you type is optional and is stored with your result in the ranking, together with an encrypted fingerprint of your IP to limit repeated submissions.

Cookies

We only use technical cookies, needed for sign-in to work: one keeps your session open (up to 30 days) and two short-lived ones are used to complete the Google sign-in and registration. We use no advertising or analytics cookies, ours or third-party.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to give you access to the Fantasy League, compute the standings and keep the quiz ranking. The legal basis is your consent when you register or take part, which you can withdraw at any time. The encrypted IP fingerprint and session data are processed under our legitimate interest in the security of the service and in preventing abuse.

How long we keep it

Fantasy League account: as long as it exists. If you delete it, your personal data is erased immediately. If you do not sign in for 24 months, we may delete it.

Sessions: closed after 30 days at most and deleted 30 days later. IP fingerprint for the quiz and visits: 1 day. Quiz alias: 12 months, after which the result shows as "Anonymous". Backups: up to 12 months.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or hand over your data and there is no advertising. Three third parties are involved: Google, only for sign-in; the hosting provider (Hostinger), which stores the data on our behalf; and YouTube, whose videos load in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie) and only when you click to watch them.

Minimum age

The Fantasy League is for people aged 14 or over. If you are younger, please do not register.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to ultimatenba@gmail.com. You can delete your account yourself from My account in the Fantasy League. If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
